This applies to the qloud-ltd.com website only — not to our mobile or desktop apps, which are covered by their individual privacy policies linked above and remain free of analytics and tracking.
The qloud-ltd.com website uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate, privacy-conscious traffic measurement, and the Google Ads tag for conversion measurement. To reduce their impact on page performance, these are loaded only after you first engage with the page (or a few seconds after load). They set first-party cookies and use browser storage to count visits and measure which pages and campaigns bring people to the site.
This data is used solely to understand site usage and measure advertising effectiveness. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build cross-site advertising profiles of you. Marketing Attribution
This applies to the Sentry Recovery landing and checkout pages on this website.
When you arrive from an ad or campaign link, the landing page reads campaign parameters from the URL — UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid, fbclid, ttclid, reddit_click_id) — along with the page you landed on and the referring site.
We store these in first-party browser storage for up to 30 days, keeping your first visit's campaign details (a "first-touch" window) so a purchase can be attributed to the campaign that introduced you. If you choose to buy, these values are attached to your Stripe Checkout Session and payment record as metadata, purely so we can measure which campaigns lead to sales (return on ad spend). They are not used for any other purpose, are not sold, and are not used to profile you across other websites. Payment processing itself is handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.
